• To comply with the conditions of national and international regulations and laws and to improve operationals excellence continuously upon using and developing new technologies in order to meet customer needs,
• To measure and to improve practices in supply chain in scope of Ege Fren supply chain management philosophy,
• To reach the position of best company in its branch with process and result-based management upon periodically reviewing the targets aimed in frame of quality purposes,
• To ensure high employee motivation and satisfaction upon encouraging effective attendance and team working of employees with well-defined aims and feedback procedures, enabling employees to develop themselves, to increase their awareness by means of continuous trainings,
• To ensure evaluation and solution of all demands, expectations and complaints coming from customers, in frame of ethic rules, legal regulations and conditions of enterprise and with currently informing approach of system,
